Pictures and Information I've been here since August, 2001. 3 parimeter sides of the property have new smooth 3-wire (or field fence) fencing with metal posts and wood post bracing. There are 2 10' gates at the entrance on the driveway. The 4th side of the property is a 700 acre cattle ranch. Back fence line This new field fence runs the entire length of the back property line. Solid fence bracing. Picture from 2001 when this fence was new. It's now darkened from the weather. The barn is approx. 48'x48' under cover and has 5 portable horse stalls (1-12x16 4-12x12) with mats. Water and power at the barn. Nothing fancy but keeps the horses and hay dry. Entire property is sold 'as is'. If you are looking for a home in NE Washington State, you already know it snows here - right? Took this video in 2002 from the barn. It was a wet snow and was falling in big clumps from the trees. Peaceful and beautiful. The buck was above the house just across the driveway on the hillside.
